John's Hill Medical Practice

Dr. Paul Campbell, Dr. Hebat Seiam and Dr. Paul O'Hara are opening a new GP surgery in Waterford. There will be lots of room for new patients initially although we expect their lists will fill quickly. Call in, in person, any day from the 3rd of September onwards to register.

Easy to Join

John's Hill Medical Practice is looking forward to accepting new patients from 10th of September on-wards. Joining is easy. If you have a medical card then a change of doctor form is filled out, and then signed and stamped by us. We can send it to the HSE for you and arrange for your medical file to be transferred to us. If you do not have a medical card but qualify for one, then you can fill in a medical card application form and we will sign, stamp and send it off for you. We have put some links to some commonly used forms. Don't worry we can help you with forms! We will have copies of any forms needed to join the practice in the reception once we are open.

Plenty of Free Parking

The building has a very large car park which takes the stress out of parking. The parking is free. The building and car park are wheel-chair accessible and the GP surgery is on the ground floor of the new Waterford Primary Care Centre. The medical practice is on the 605 bus route.
